Hi all

 

 

 

watching TV 2, suddenly it stops, black screen then message enter PIN in top right hand corner and a URL to VTV.CO.NZ

 

 

 

Any idea what causes this. Just continued watching on freetv, will reboot box later

I had this problem about a month ago. It’s to do with parental rights, navigate to Menu > Settings > Parental controls and click allow 18+ and that should do the trick.

yup thats it thanks. Unfortunately needs my pin .... and of course .... yea you got it, I dont recall even setting it up.

 

 

 

Does anyone know, will VF lock me right out after a number of incorrect PIN attempts?

I occasionally get this from time to time. But it eventually goes away.

I get it occasionally the default PIN is 0000

thanks all, yes it did go away after a while, no ideal why it popped up to start with mid program. I did try 0000 just to check and it worked so set the parental lock off .. thanks

It can happen when it loses internet connectivity.
