I've just been helping a mate with a move and trying to get him re-connected at his new place but I'm struggling badly.

Anyone from VF here that can help? I spoke to someone Monday to order a 4g Router, but when it didn't arrive on Thursday/Friday spoke to someone again who had no record of the contact. They were supposed to email a confirmation of the router order as well as some mobile plan changes but nothing has eventuated. He's now been without internet for over a week and all the CSR seems to be interested in is working out why the Monday order didn't eventuate rather than simply sending him a modem as requested.

I'm a geek, a gamer, a dad, a Quic user, and an IT Professional. I have a full rack home lab, size 15 feet, an epic beard and Asperger's. I'm a bit of a Cypherpunk, who believes information wants to be free and the Net interprets censorship as damage and routes around it. If you use my Quic signup you can also use the code R570394EKGIZ8 for free setup. Opinions are my own and not the views of my employer.

Hi,

Definitely disappointing it's taken so long! Could you please send us the details via onlinecare@vodafone.com, and one of our teams will look into this and get a modem sent out ASAP.

Thanks
