I am another unhappy customer, my paper bills have stopped coming and I cant login to the account information online.  So I am relying soley on 777 to tell me how much I owe.


When i ring up it says:


"Total amount due from last bill is $56.00"  Unbilled balance is $0.86"

Now last time i could log into the online system my account was debt free.  Folloowing 777 now im not so sure???  Do I owe this amount on my account??


PS anny one know of issues with 027's loggin into the online area?  I have had my password my password reset multiple times but still it says wrong password

Unbilled balance  -- is the amout you spend since the last bill was issued.

so in your case your last month bill is 56.00, and this month you have spend $0.86 on calls and it will be billed in your next billing cycle (sometime next month)

I think the info above is correct for vodafone account customers (not sure about prepay)

Yes I am an on account customer.  My question is the feedback from vodafone is not clear, have I paid the amount ie. is it due or not??
