Hey everyone

I have purchased Cyberlink PowerDirector yesterday, and now I am downloading the software, however it keeps cancelling and I have a feeling it has something to do with Ihug, is there anything I can do? I've been attempting to download this for AGES! and it's really getting annoying and don't know what to do.

If you can help that will be great

Can you try using a download manager (such as GetRight) which will let you resume downloads? this should at least help you to complete this download.

Are you having issues with any other downloads? I doubt very much your ISP has any interest in stopping you downloading this one particular file.

Hey there

Thanks for your respond, all of my other downloads are working except that one.
I'm redownloading it now and so far its working. I've used Digital River Download Manager, although with that it gave me a forbidden message and got really annoyed with it and haven't used it since.
