We heard in The Chatroom that Egypt couldn't help you . . .

Sounds like a job for Captain JohnR and his superhero costume! You'll need to PM him your details.

HAHA,

Thanks Scott, yea it does sound like a job for him. he's extremely clued up so im sure he will be able to help me. He and his voda colleagues should run the whole NZ voda.... The CS anyhow, i dont feel they are up to play with the technical side of things... (no offence to anyone who is a CS for them) but i just have made a million calls and not one can help me, and when they said it will help me and i follow their instructions, it doesnt solve the problem. Think its their secret scam to get me off the phone ... muahahahah

Cheers

Will

I can confirm this was not a vodafone network issue but a handset (I think) checked DR and MSISDN was not loaded for prepay live data charging.

Called Will and checked phone setup and then it all started to work

When a MSISDN migrates from prepay to postpay it can take up to 24 hours for packet data to start working (I know why too hard to explain)

John
