A couple of my customers tell me that when calling from their VFX numbers to other landlines or mobiles that when leaving a voicemail message on these other lines the call will drop while they are half way through leaving their message,

I know it could be the number they are calling only having a limited time to record your message to them but it seems it happens to many times on to many numbers to be able to put it down to that.

Any ideas?
