Hey I've got the same thing happening, so it's not just you. Not sure what it's from though. With mobile porting I'd contact your phone company and make them aware of it: https://www.spark.co.nz/help/privacy-and-safety/scams-safety/mobileporting

As above, it sounds like someone was trying to port a number from one provider to another and obviously entered the wrong number (not assuming it was malicious). Simply ignore the request. And if you receive one of these and someone calls you asking for a number, ignore it too.
