Hi all. I've got an ugly old broken Telstra Clear cable\One NZ HFC box between my neighbours and my property that would be good to get fixed or replaced. Unfortunately, neither us or them are One.NZ customers so they don't want to know. Are there any One NZ representatives that could maybe arrange for it to be repaired or replaced?
