Hi all,

For other people on Fusion - have your details been listed in the white pages?

I've been a Fusion customer since it was first offered, however, my details are not listed in the White Pages (the new directory, or online).

My understanding was that Xnet would put a listing in to the white pages on your behalf - unless you requested not to.

I will give them a call, however, just sounding out if this is a common issue, or, expected.

We switched over about a year ago and on the application specified the details to appear in Whitepages.  We immediately disappeared from the on-line version.  Was told they request Whitepages to put our details in but they can not force it, and if it is missing then I should chase up Whitepages.  Decided to let it go, and after many months we magically appeared in the on-line version and I think we are now in the printed version as well.

Also consider the local directory, I think we missed that one as it was printed while we were not in the on-line directory.  Just part of ironing out the issues I guess.

Like you I signed up for fusion when it was first offered. I specifically asked for my details not to be put in the whitepages. I do remember though that after a few weeks of us getting fusion that Xnet started asking every new fusion customer that signed up on the phone if they want a listing in the whitepages. If you require your number to be listed in the whitepages then you can also ring the yellow pages on 0800803803 as you are entitled to one free listing per address regardless of who supplies your telephone service.
