We have forwarded our voice messages to email. My wife uses XP and IE - and receives sound. I use Linux and Firefox and receive no sound. I am no tsure what the difference is?

johnsd: According the the settings I am getting the "main" message

You can never have enough Volvos!
johnsd: I don't blame myself for being confused - a "carbon" copy would normally mean just that - i.e. if one got the sound file the other would too.
It is more important that my wife gets the sound since she is running a business - but it would be good for both to get it.
