Hi there I had a pre-pay number that expired in February. Is there any way to get it back?

I've tried talking to One chat support but they said they don't have any access to do anything.

Tried going into the One store but the guy there said that as the last time I topped up was over a year ago he can't reactivate it.

Would appreciate if anyone can help 🙂

When did you last top it up? Was it more than 13 months ago?

OP actually says "...the last time I topped up was over a year ago" so, yes -)

Front line staff including store staff do not have access to action this and zero chance if the number is now in a ' Paired ' state
