Sounds pretty dubious. The system will have some reason for doing it, whether or not they will tell you what it is will presumably be dependant on whose stuff-up it is.

The only reason I can think of is its a prepay connection and a topup has not happened in 13 months

Credit expirey is 12 months

I agree, I doubt Vodafone would do this to a paying customer.

Are you sure you don't owe them money?

I find this hard to beleive also.

He's left no PM for Johno to sort it out and by the way he's written his post, it sounds like he's silly enough to have called up and disconnected or not topped up in 13 months and then forgotten about it.

Cloud spending continues to surge globally, but most organisations haven’t made the changes necessary to maximise the value and cost-efficiency benefits of their cloud investments. Download the whitepaper From Overspend to Advantage now.

One of mine seemed to vanish in but a few months, it was fitted to the GPS tracker in my car while I used the other one (which is in another automated device). Is there any way you can check this John? Cairo were as per usual, of utterly no help.

I had a whole pile of unactivated "Preactive" sims get pulled from under me a few years back a couple of (very nice) 021 numbers and a large batch of 029 Prepay sims. Not good and never got an explanation.

And there is _still_ no warning of this on the exterior of the sim pack bout an expiration or when it will expire. The last answer I had was that it had expired and I had waited too long and it was too bad. The store (who are actually helpful) would have given me another one if I had kept the whole lot, but I had thrown all the paper crap out (this was pre the little box things)
