Hi,

ISP: One NZ Fibre

Router: Netgear RAX10 AX1800

Issue: Router Setting for IPV6 and Xbox Series X

What settings in the router admin IPV6 should i use in order for my Xbox Series X to connect via IPV6?

The Xbox registers that there is IPV4 and V6 available although when i specifically want to select V6 its doesn't give me an option even when going to the manual settings.

My guess is that i do not have the router configured correctly. Any help?

It is connected, you can probably find the assigned address somewhere in network settings (don’t share this).

You cannot specify which one gets used, thats up to the xbox OS or game. Usually what happens is ipv6 is tried first but always falls back to ipv4. Microsoft also has teredo tunnels for exposing ipv6 to ipv4 clients so it really doesn’t matter in the grand scheme of things.
