I called Vodafone Australia today.

Call answered immediately by a friendly, professional Australian lady whom dealt with my simple enquiry very propmptly and also had a real personal touch.

better than I can say with the couple of times I had the misfortune of having to contact Telstra's support team.

Or Hutchison 3's service, I used to hear howls of grief about them while I was living in Australia.

My best run over there was certainly with Vodafone, followed by Optus, Telstra and then 3 planted firmly in last place.
