It seems that Vodafone has threatened legal action against the Commerce Commission.

Read all about it.

If I can just jump in here... before the hysteria starts.

We pointed out some problems with the process to the Commerce Commission. They want all companies to put in final undertakings before they show us their cost-benefit model. We pointed out that was the wrong way round, that we need to see their workings before we put in our final bid, and they agreed that was probably a better way of doing it.

And so that's what we're going to do.

Cheers

Paul
