How do you setup an xtra email .....@vodafone.net.nz.

I am using:
smtp.vodafone.co.nz (whats ports does this run on)
pop.vodafone.co.nz (whats ports does this run on)

Username & password are the same as the ones I use to log into the voadfone mail interface.

Please help me!!
