from past threads I gather sometimes the online port request form just doesn't work and telephone assistance just cannot help you.

So i'm asking if there is anyone from One NZ who can help me with to port my number from Kogan to One?

on this page https://one.nz/prepay-porting/

it says OOPS we are unable to process your request and that is the end of the matter

telephone call to One is not helpful

thanks

They actually likely can't as front line don't/not allowed to submit the request itself (prepay is handled by offshore).

Yes there's a form which then goes to the port team, but it's way faster to just get this done in store and who knows there may actually be a genuine reason why the form isn't being allowed to submit.

I have recommended OP just gets it done in store so there's no fussing about, OP will also be able to add balance to it and buy a pack as well at the same time and been getting help setting up the One NZ app as well.

I get the frustration, I feel the same way but this is the most optimal solution rather than fighting.

ah so there is a difference!

i signed up on account with Spark and got my port done within 2 hrs, i was desperate to give them my money!

i have another number with Kogan and I decided I want to have the satellite SMS as a backup with One ....

I will definitely try the store when I get a chance!

good to know that worst case scenario i sign up on account for a month with someone and the port will happen!

also have another idea. since i'm giving spark all my money i guess if i add a prepay onto my account spark will help me get this port done, and then at least i'm no longer with Kogan with very little customer support ...
