I’m migrating from HFC to fibre on Monday.

I have opted for Superwifi with single extender - will have Deco router connected to ONT and will put the additional Deco X50 in a bedroom on a TV cabinet.

For the bedroom TV, will there be any benefit if I connect the TV to the X50 via Ethernet, or will this not add any additional speed / stability benefit as the X50 is wireless and not connected directly to ONT?

Connect anything you can to Ethernet. For your use case it means one less WiFi hop for the TV and less overall traffic on your WiFi network impacting other devices.
