Hi there, my wife signed up for the One Enterprise Staff plan through her work (https://one.nz/enterprise-staff-plan/), but she was charged the full price instead of the discounted rate. The staff at the call center were unfamiliar with this plan and unable to help us resolve the issue.  Is there anyone from One.nz on Geekzone who could point us in the right direction or help us explain our problem in a way the call center will understand? Thanks so much for any assistance.

Then the OneNZ staff member logs a ticket and passes it off to the billing team to look into / support

If they did not do this then get your wife to call back and request they do their job!

May be better off gong via her work. They will have someone who has responsibility for the account with One NZ who can query their contact at One NZ on behalf.

Exactly this. The account manager(the contact the company will have from One NZ) will get someone from either Enterprise or Service Delivery to rectify this.

Might also find she's on the wrong plan too!

Thanks for all the reply so far.

This plan is an employee benefit for personal use, my wife had to deal with One directly, the only verification for eligibility is her work email address.

The sign up process was already a disaster, all conversations had to be over the phone, service agents refused to communicate via email.  Soon after signing up we went to the store with questions for using the One Wallet, they said they were not allow to touch her account as it's an Enterprise plan.

The first bill was already high but we had been busy so we didn't pay enough attention.  When the second bill came, we then realised they have charged full price, hence calling them to find out what's going on.

If your wife is getting nowhere get her to lodge a complaint with TDR
