I recently called 777 to have the 100Mb/$10 plan added to my mobile.  The call dropped out just as I was heading over the Harbour Bridge (johnr we need more cell sites!) and just as I was calling 777 back as I passed Esmonde Rd, the CSR I spoke to called me back.

Very helpful, quickly added the plan, asked if I needed anything else then the call ended.  10 minutes later I received a txt telling me the new plan was added as he promised.

Great work Vodafone!

Issue is not lack of sites quite the opposite

It would be good to have that feedback passed back to the call centre the rep works in, I know CSR's like to hear positive feedback from clients (since I work in a call centre myself)

The last two Egypt based reps I spoke too were rather helpful too which is a total turn around from what I had experienced before. Because they assisted me I have not had the need to call back in since, funny that.

The harbour bridge has always been a call drop point for Vodafone, I seem to recollect that 025 Analogue failed there as well.

Hi Nate

Can you please PM me your mobile number so I can pass feed back onto the CSR that helped you and nominate the staff member for a internal reward.

John

An "internal award"? sounds kinda messy Wink  Can you just thank him instead?

For billions of years since the outset of time, every single one of your ancestors survived, every single person on your Mum and Dads side, successfully looked after and passed onto you life.  What are the chances of that like?
