I've been having a problem for a few days with some websites (ending with .uk) and other not being reachable on XNET.

Unfortunately I have only one example as I through it was originally a laptop/website overloaded issue.

https://imgur.com

Seems to be a upstream provider issues (as6453.net) at one point I couldn't even reach the BBC!

This domain https://imgur.com is accessible via our 118.90.0.0  (non static) range, but it isn't via the 58.28.0.0 (static) range.

It seems there is a block in place for an unknown reason.  We'll contact the site/network admin and investigate.

Thanks
Cameron

I'm now able to access this site from the 58.28.0.0 range, they advised they were running some type of bandwidth limiting software which may have been causing connections to the site to timeout.

Please advise if you are still unable to access it.

Thanks, that works. I can now access imgur.com, but still cannot reach other british sites such as www.bbc.co.uk and www.guardian.co.uk and www.theregister.co.uk

I hope this isn't a problem with each individual web site like imgur.com

I can provide traceroutes if required but I'm assuming your sitting at shortland street :-)

I'm able to access www.theregister.co.uk, www.guardian.co.uk & www.bbc.co.uk from both IP ranges without any problem seen.

Are you using an ethernet or wireless connection, might be MTU related if you're using wireless?
