Has anyone had any issues unsubscribing from Sky Mobile TV?

As i understand it, the way to unsubscribe is to log onto Vodafone Live, go to My Vodafone and select My Alerts and then turn off Sky Mobile TV Alerts.

When i do this and then go back to view a Mobile TV video, it plays it without asking me to subscribe again? This makes me think it hasn't been turned off correctly and i'm still being charged.

Also, why do we need to go to My Alerts to turn of a subscription to Mobile TV? Shouldn't we have to go to My Subscriptions? When i do go to my subscriptions, there are no services listed.

Vodafone help desk weren't that helpful and couldn’t guarantee i was unsubscribed...

Make a complaint to them about it and if they dont resolve and credit then escalate it via the tdrs. Remember to tell them that you are making a complaint or it is not a complaint, so you cannot escalate it.
