Hi,I have purchased 2 numbers (lines?) on a vfx subscription. I am having trouble with my TRixbox trunks, getting them to register correctly.
What I had done was create two separate sip trunks in freepbx - is this correct? IT seems that whenever they are registered together, I can't call in or out. I tried changing the host from pan.wxnz.net to as.wxnz.net - this resulted in the trunk being "unregistered" - but I could then make outgoing calls..?

Not sure what is going on here yet. I noticed that the AuthID for both lines is the same, but the secret is the only different configuration, so hence I assumed that you needed 2 x separate trunks. Any body able to shed any light?

Many thanks

What ports do you have open?

I got the trix on a open host (dmz) behind the firewall, if that helps?

I seem to have resolved it - strange one that...

In the Peer Details of the trunk, I had the host set to pan.wxnz.net, and the same at the end of the Registration String, as per emailed instructions from WxC.
This would not work well for me however, and after several hours of playing around, I got the format that seems to be working: In the Peer Details, I have the host as as.wxnz.net, but in the registration string, I am using pan.wxnz.net.

In my own box at home, I have as.wxnz.net detailed in both sections, but for this one, it only worked as described above...

Yeah, I believe I did... It is able to resolve the host in the Sip Registration, and the Sip Peer now... Perhaps I needed a host entry for pan.wxcnz.net?
