We just switched from analogue to digital TV. Tech said it would take c. 30 mins for the EPG to load first time but 9 hours later there is still nothing in the EPG.

Anyone know if there are still EPG problems on TC?

Location = northern suburbs, Wellington.

What? The tech didn't stay to confirm EPG was working?

Hi Been with TCL for about 2 years now and EPG only works sometime better to look in the skywatch

Hi. Have been working on the issue with TC, DownerEDi, TTL & ZollyMonsta (including hot & cold resets that were to no avail). Technician is now scheduled to return tomorrow to (hopefully) fix the problem.

Thanks for the comments / suggestions.

Yea when we got DTV on, the EPG wouldn't work for days after the install, I then unplugged the DTV setup, left unplugged for 10 minutes or so, then plugged back in, worked for a while, but does play up :(

Tech returned & has just gone. Now fixed (or should that be "fixed for now"?).

Only 'exterior' work done - on the pole & house connection ends. Anyway, now working.
