Recently I have sent a couple of standard SMS text messages overseas to an Aussie mobile (prefix 04) and they have both not been received.

What's happening?  I am on prepay.  Didn't use to have such problems.  Is there anything wrong with the Vodafone network?  I am sending texts from Auckland on my Nokia N95.

It turns out I can send texts to other countries but not to Aussie at the moment (Telstra).

My texts to Aussie aren't being charged whereas they are when I send texts to Taiwan, for example. I thought Vodafone would charge no matter if texts are received or not. Anyway, nothing wrong with the Vodafone network.
