I'm trying to do this online - i've logged into My Vodafone and clicked on Buy Addons.

See screenshot below:

As you can see, all options are dimmed so i can't select anything so can't make any changes.

I rather not call their call center as i have issues understanding them on occasions.

Any idea what's wrong?

At this stage you can not alter add ons through the site

Righty then, any other way i can do this?

Why do they have the site up if it can't be used? Very confusing haha

It depends on which pricing plan you are on, I assume you're on a bunlded plan like TXTer or Talker?

AFAIK, the Talker/Mega/TXTer/Starter bundle add-ons are disabled through My Vodafone currently whereas they are enabled for normal You Choose plans. this is to do with the plan being configured 'pre-bundled'

Rest assured, It's coming and you will be able to manage add-ons :P
