I'd like to thank the folks at WorldExchange/XNet (Nicolas, Jon-Paul, Faye) for some really nice service.
I had a REALLY bad experience with my Linksys WAG54GP2v2 unit, it being either a faulty unit or bad firmware, and they went our of their way to arrange a replacement unit (I'm assuming this is not the norm).

Been getting VERY poor connection & quality on international calls, and I'm hoping the new unit will go some way toward addressing this.
