I am wanting to drop my old mobile plan with Vodafone, what is the best way to end the contract?
Do i have to use my vodafone mobile or can i just ring the Accounts Dept?

just call 777 and ask to be disconnected and they will schedule it in for you and inform you of any termination fees.

Remember: if you want to move your number to Telecom (Porting) then you SHOULDN'T DISCONNECT.

Once you disconnect the number, it's gone. For number porting you have to fill the forms on a Telecom store and they will everything for you.

Newguy did you realize you can port the number to vodafone prepay if you want to keep the number??

Again a reminder that if you want this then DO NOT DISCONNECT. I'm not sur the process but VF can advise you on how to port to prepay.
