My gril friend has just gone on a starter 600 plan with Vodafone the plan comes with one best mate and she put my number Down for best mate. She reckions she's only made one call since getting the plan and it was to me but it seems to have used her included minuts instead of being "free" on the best mate deal. How do you find out if best mate is set up correctly on a on account plan? I have tryed ringing 777 and listening to account balances etc... But there was no info on best mate like there is on prepayed . If I ring customer service am I correct that she will get charged $1 just to find out if best mate is set up and correct it ? She may have rang some one and not noticed and used some of her included minutes I'm not 100% sure but would like to find out before she's uses all her minutes ringing me. any help would be great cheers
