I have phone line noise issues with the WAG54. I have two lines and both are bathed in hiss, so much it is hard to hear the person on the other end. But they hear me ok. Done trouble shooting etc does not matter if cordless or normal phones are hooked into it.Rang WxC they told me to ring Linksys, but got run around from them. Had unit for two year's. I read about a comfort noise setting is this the problem? Suggestions anyone? My partner has had enough, she want's a working phone now.

This is one of the issues that we have seen with the WAg54gp2 , some units after a while may develop noise on the line (let me stress this it appears to be on some units only a majority are fine),

Phone into the Customer Support, Tell them Phil Moore said this device can be replaced with a wag310 and they can give your details to the Tech Support manager, we will replace the unit for you with a Brand new device, (note there will be a postage charge) tell them they can ring me if any issues.

Yes I am a employee of WxC (My Profile) ... but I do have my own opinions as well Wink
