Hi everyone,


I have an issue with the voicemail on my iPhone. Whenever anyone rings and I can't get to the phone it just keeps ringing and ringing and never cuts into voicemail therefore they can't leave messages, and when I call it it says `To retrieve a message please enter your full phone number then press hash' not the usual VF voicemail spiel.


Anyone have any idea why this is happening?
