Hi,

Today at lunch I got a text on my iPhone from vodafone saying the following:

"2say thanks 4 being one of our best customers, u r invited 2 join an exclusive invite-only program. It's top secret for now. Standby & we'll TXT u within 7 days."

I asked around the school, no one else got this. What could it be? I think I read they were testing a new network or something soon, like 4G?

Has anyone else here got this txt? (:

I can tell you its nothing to do with 4G we are not even at release 7 yet.....you will just have to wait and see as advised in the SMS

It will be an invite only program that goes exclusively to Vodafone accounts that have spent money in the last 5 years, and will invite them to spend more money somehow.

And Vodafone New Zealand country manager Russell Stanners would not reveal how many of his company’s customers had taken their number to a rival operator. But of those who had, easily the most were going to 2degrees said Mr Stanners.
