Sorry Folks, we have an issue with all DSL connections at present, this is requiring a restart of a major piece of kit and takes 10 to 15 minutes to restart.

We sincerely apologies for this inconvenience.

Happened just as I switched my modem for another one O.o

Had me jumping around the config screens for a bit until I checked the logs.

Sorry Guys, major software crash caused this issue and it would not restart, thes large routers takes a few minutes to completely repower.
