Following complaints I had earlier this year, I've just logged into My Vodafone on the Vodafone website (On account customer).

Now, all the addon/s as far as I can see, are now user manageable just like the PrePay section.
I cannot confirm yet whether this means if we change something it becomes immediately active or not, hopefully John or Paul might be able to shed some light on that.

But nice to see.. finally. No more having to ring into CS to make the simplest changes.

Also, does anyone know if we can do it by text now? Buying/Removing/Changing addons?

I know before i used to be able to add, but that was it.

I can confirm we made a few changes to My Vodafone recently, which allows mega/talker/txter etc plans to manage their addons via My Vodafone. I beleive iPhone and Smart plan customers are now able to manage addons this way also...

more changes to come

I'd like to change my plan online, doesn't look like I can tho...is there anyway to change to an on account plan without taking a 12 month term? I must be due for one of those review things shortly.
