Mornin' all,

My brother has a Vodafone at home box which he has had for a while. It's performance has gotten steadily worse. The box will drop offline all the time. The only way to get it back online and making calls is to depower it and turn it back on.

He has called Vodafone a few times but the CSR's have no idea what he is talking about (the product that is).

Is there anyone else he can call at Vodafone to get it sorted? Also, who owns the box?

Cheers,

Matt.

My views (except when I am looking out their windows) are not those of my employer.

Call 0800 189 189 and choose 'help and support' (Option 3) then 'home phone wireless' (option 2).

I have never had any problems when referring to it as home phone wireless (other than them promising to do things and not delivering).

He owns the box.  If they want to charge him for a new one see if he can resign for another 12 months for a free one.
