Hi,

I'm about to buy a 64 bit Windows 7 system. Does anyone know if there are any driver issues when trying to connect to Telstra via the SB5101? Maybe someone has done this already using the original drivers that came with the modem.

Thanks
Pete

Are you using USB for the connection? If you are using Ethernet there are no possible issues because the cable modem is completely transparent and you don't in fact need any specific cable modem drivers.

Thanks for that,

I am currently using USB, I didn't realise that was the only reason for the drivers. The new PC will be ethernet connection so no problem.

Ethernet is the recommended option for connecting the modem.
