Hi evry1,

I'm very interested in buying a Sharp GX 15, are there any phones with similar features that are worth looking at before hand????

Also, does anybody have a GX 15 that they would like to sell to me????

Look at others and compare for yourself, Particuary the Sony Ericsson k300i.

Good points...
Screen perfectly visible in brightday light (Ericsson and nokia suck)
Fantastic camera (lo res) good video recordings (nokia suck)
Never crashes, dies. (ericsson Sucks)
Fast menu operations, intuative, confortable navigations (ericsson sucks, nokia not much better)
East TXT and Good MMS composer (Nokia sucks)
Designed for vodafone
Sturdy
good Sounding ringtones (nokia suck)
Allows sending/reciving Ringers/images via Infrared FREE (C'Mon Nokia! Copyright protection!)

Bad points,
Ringtones are far too quiet, speaker is a pathetic. (Sony ericsson rule)
battery life a bit poor but charges rapidly and has a bit of warning (Nokia rule this roost)
Smallish keypad but lovely and soft with nice SEPARATED KEYS!!. (ericsson are better than nokia marginally)
Vodafoneised
Bluetooth (fine for headsets but hopeless

Apart from the quiet ringers, I love this phone even though it's VodaNised,

It boasts no Flashy Extra's. but does it's core job superbly

Its in good condition has had the software updated and runs super fast. It has a few outside scratches but the screen dosent have any scratches. Im wanting to sell it for $270+ as they go for around 300 on trademe so that seams reasonable. If you still interested drop me an email.

I just saw that Bond & Bond now sell Sharp GX 15's for $250 brand new. So how much lower can you go Daniel / KickbackTV ???

"VodaNised" - nice word...

I mean it in the way of the features. the feature of the sharp and next to it, what brand generally fails in this area. Note I'm self employed now and no longer in my role which enabled me to play with piles of differennt phones.
