I somehow forgot the PIN on my old Vodafone SIM (how, I do not know, unless I changed it after I switched from Vodafone).  Anyway, I now need the PUK code but I no longer have my SIM pack (it's long gone) and I can't access MyVodafone anymore to view it.  I rang Vodafone but they say they no longer have access to this information since the SIM is deactivated.  Is there really no way to unblock this SIM now?

I'm trying to access some of the numbers etc that I had stored on that SIM.  I realise that entering the PUK won't let me access the network/make calls etc, that's not what I'm after.  I just want to be able to access the SIM like all my other deactivated SIMs.

Any ideas?

I prefer to put all of my contacts on my phone and then backup my phone to the computer. Its easy!
