Hi

Has anyone set up Vodafone Mail on an SEV800? I cant seem to get it to work. Thanks

User name is full email address and make sure you send out your POP/IMAP password this is sent out from the vodafone website when logged into vodafone mail.

Is your user name your full vodafone Email address XXXXXX@vodafone.net.nz and have you sent out the pop/imap password that is the reason why you would only get this error mrssage.

Don't use the password you use to log into the vodafone website unless you have matched it up with your POP/IMAP password. The content of the SMS will read your POP/IMAP password is XXXXXX
