I have switched from World Exchange to Vodafone on the promise of better speeds in their RED Zone.  Changeover was yesterday and I followed Vodafone's  settings for my Linksys WAG310G.  But I can't make it work!

DSL light comes on but Internet light does not.  DSL Status in the UI shows ADSL is UP but no bytes received.  I have tried editing my xnet settings, and I also tried resetting to factory defaults and starting from scratch.

Vodafone are no help at all.  As soon as they find it is not one of their routers they refer me on to Linksys.  An hour on the phone to the very patient Linksys guy in the States but no further progress.

I'm not sure where to turn next - can anyone offer some suggestions for troubleshooting or support.  Very frustrated - at least with World Exchange I had a functioning connection (with disappointing speeds though).  Will I regret switching to Vodafone?

You should probably only need to change your username and password from the Xnet ones to the Vodafone ones in your modem. Have you done this?

Yes - that was my starting point. Since then I have reset it and started from scratch.
