Our work phones were recently switched from Telecom Mobile over to Telstraclear Mobile and got a new phone which is a nokia 2700. I used to be able to receive pxts directly on my old phone, but now I am unable to send or receive PXT's. What I get instead is messages from Vodafone (even though we are on Telstraclear) telling me that I have received a PXT and need to go to PXTworld to retrieve my messages? When I try and register on the vodafone PXT world site to retrieve my messages it says that my phone number (which is an 027 number we retained) that I want to link it to is already in use. I can only assume that the person that had the telecom phone before me here at work had to set up a pxtworld account and its still linked to his account which is a concern. Ultimately I just want to be able to receive and send pxts on my phone and ensure that any photos being sent to me arent being accessed by someone else. I have spoken to Vodafone and gone into their stores and they tell me I need to talk to Telstraclear who is the provider, Telstraclear say they cant do anything about it and talk to Vodafone because thats where the message is coming from, and Nokia say they cant help and go talk to Testraclear and Vodafone!! I have tried playing around with any settings I could find within the phone but nothing works. Any suggestions on how to resolve this?
