Hi all, first time post, so be gentle wih me.
I have an NZ new V800 i am running an app on the phone that requires a new (not Vodofone live) default web session. Easily configured on other phones like the Motorola V550, but aperaing to be somewhat more difficult on this phone Sony Erricson 0800 100150 help desk have said they dont think i can change the default, any thoughts.

What are you trying to change sorry. The handset has a default internet access point its called VFNZ internet. Any APP that needs internet access use this and welcome to GZ

Hi John

With most brands you can go into VF live / web sessions / new entry then enter your required settings then save that as your default. The V800 does not appear to let you do this. Hope this makes sence. cheers

Connectivity-->datacom-->data accounts. In here you can setup required data accounts and APNs

Have set that up no problem, the real issue is i need to now set that as the default session rather than VF live. Cheers

Connectivity -> Settings for Java™
Then choose the account/profile you want.

What app are you running?

You need to decustomize the phone's software. Tried many times on V800's, worked perfectly. Now i can add as many sessions as i want to. The phone is still V800, means i can still access all the 3G services.
