Hi all just a quick question - im coming home from Australia for xmas, I have got an iphone locked to the vodafone australia network will i be able to use a prepay vodafone sim from NZ in it?  I will be home for two weeks so was planning to purchase a prepay sim when i arrive at Auckland airport thanks in advance :-)

I don't know for sure, but I believe that it'll only accept an Australian SIM. However, according to Apple's site, Vodafone offers an unlocking service.

You answered the question in your post its locked to Vodafone AU so a Vodafone NZ SIM will not work
