Tried calling the CSR's but the 80 minute wait was too much for me. All I could hear was some generic message about the NI being down with no ETA

It came back so might have been a momentary thing but for me it was down for nearly an hour.

some people don't have net, unsure as to exact numbers unfortunately, not sure what the problem is or when it will be fixed though, but hey, i dont know squat :)
