I don't suppose anyone has heard any noises from Telstra recently about the state of their DOCSIS3 rollout?

TelstraClear never in a hurry to get a product or service into the marketplace. How long ago was it that they signed a wholesale deal with Vodafone to enter the market as a MVNO. Still waiting for this to happen likewise better pricing on cable internet. All they do is increase pricing every year.
