Hello my internet is on Clear net with telstra clear and the Internet is [expletive removed], it is only 120kbps and I was wandering what else I am can do to tell them that my internet is slower than the plan I am on.

I'm assuming you've tried ringing them?

If you can get a mate somwhere to setup a iperf server, you might be able to do some iperf tests to "prove" the speed of your connection.

They will ask you a few questions probably, like do you have any firewall software, do you have a wireless device that might be open (other people stealing your 'net) etc

What are you doing to "test" you have only 128k?

But when we were on Xtra we didn't have a problem at all, as soon as we changed ISP's we had troubles, I wanted to break the computer lol
