Received this email, my only guess is it maybe from Vodafone as I was expecting an email from them.

No subject
No Vodafone email address

It's deleted now!

Could just be a malicious pdf file - Adobe Reader is full of security holes.

Wow... With an attached pdf and not coming from a Vodafone address I wouldn't ever open it...

I guess I be calling Vodafone again to resend the email (and maybe again...)
I think the form is on the site somewhere anyway - the variable credit card form.
