What do you mean by micro outages?

If you mean digital TV signal that freezes periodically (like rain fade), we have had a poor time here in Haitaitai for the last few days. Seems to be more common during hot weather.

I've been getting them for a couple of months in Lower Hutt despite technicians visiting and replacing hardware. But it is probably unrelated to your issue.
