Last Sunday I joined up online with Vodafone to an On Account plan, as of today I still haven't heard anything back from them whether my account is being set up etc. I also entered online, my Telecom number, so it could be ported over. Should it take this long?

That's strange, when I joined up to home phone and broadband I got automated emails at each stage of the process and I would imagine the same for a mobile plan, might be time to put yourself through the pain of calling customer support.

It shouldn't take that long, you should have at least been sent emails on that status.

Have you tried calling Vodafone and asking them? That would have been my first step...
