Last Sunday I joined up online with Vodafone to an On Account plan, as of today I still haven't heard anything back from them whether my account is being set up etc. I also entered online, my Telecom number, so it could be ported over. Should it take this long?
That's strange, when I joined up to home phone and broadband I got automated emails at each stage of the process and I would imagine the same for a mobile plan, might be time to put yourself through the pain of calling customer support.
