Hello. I'm looking to jump to Xnet & tend to download via Newsgroups via an SSL server on port 563.
I wondered if anyone else uses this between the no-charge hours of 2-8am & if so, what kind of speeds they get for either port 563 (my preferred) or any Newgroup ports (119 etc) at all. Is the service wiped out by torrenters or is the speed reasonable?
